Marzieh (Shirin)
Zarkesh
Managing Partner
Over 20 years of
progressive and hands on experience in development,
finance, business planning, property management and
real estate acquisition. As the co-founder of AyZar
Development, led two successful commercial ground-up
developments, one re-development/ renovation project
and managed over 60,000 SF of commercial properties
since 2005. Earlier experience attained through
family real estate investments, four years of
employment with Marriott as Senior Accounting
Analyst, and eight years of employment with The Walt
Disney Company as Senior Business Planner and
Project Manager.
Shirin has a Bachelor
of Arts in Journalism, a MA in Mass Communication,
and a AA in Business Management. Shirin is a
Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Medi Aynechi
Managing Partner
Over 22 years of
progressive and hands on experience in leading project
management, development, and design engineering of
multi-million dollar projects through a large team of
project management professional with proven ability to
successfully deliver world class products and services
to our clients. Mehdi is a Director of Construction in
24 Hours Fitness. Prior to that
Mehdi was a Senior
Project Manager at Marriott. Prior to that he was
leading Disneyland's Project Management Departments at
The Walt Disney Company for 15 years.
Mehdi has a BS in Civil
Engineering, a MS in Civil Engineering, and a MBA. He
holds a State of California General Contractors license.
Dean Aynechi
Director of Marketing
Well-accomplished and seasoned professional, with eight
years of extensive experience in directing and managing
financial and marketing operations. Successfully oversaw $25
million annual budget and supervised fiscal budgets for
three major land and home liquidation companies, nine-cost
centers at the Disneyland Resort. Demonstrate progressive
leadership practices within diverse industry, which created
passion for surpassing objectives through combination of
outstanding service delivery, lean operating methods, and
renewed marketing directions.
Dean
received his BS degree in Business from UCLA.
Dr. Amir Zarkesh
Executive Consultant
Over 14 years of
experience in founding and growth of technology start
ups in electronics and software industries. Dr. Zarkesh
is a Co-founder and Executive VP of 3Plus1 Technology, a
pioneer in Low Power processor design for mobile
devices. Prior to that he has been Director of Hardware
Engineering at QuickSilver Technology. Prior to that he
has founded and was CEO of ZAIAS Corporation. Prior to
that Dr. Zarkesh was a co-founder and Principal of
Transcendent Design Technology. Transcendent was
acquired by Innoveda and later by Mentor Graphics. Prior
to that Dr. Zarkesh was a Principal Engineer in Quad
Design group of Viewlogic Systems acquired by Synopsys.
Dr. Zarkesh received his
PhD in Theoretical Particle Physics and his masters in
Electrical Engineering and in Physics from UCLA.
Advisors
Sam Fadaee
Over 20 years of experience in developing successful
businesses in real estate, pre-owned automobile,
retail industries, land acquisition and development
and property management. As co-owner and managing
partner of Fadaee Holdings, Sam conducts financial
feasibility analysis of various proposed sites for
acquisition, including raw land and commercial
buildings.
In addition to providing advise on various business
aspects of AyZar Developments, Sam is part owner of
the Midtown Spectrum mixed-use project, taking an
active role in day to day management of the project,
particularly with financial aspects of the
development.
Sohrab
Fadaee
Over 20 years of experience in developing successful
businesses in real estate, pre-owned automobile,
retail industries, land acquisition and development
and property management. As co-owner and managing
partner of Fadaee Holdings, Sohrab searches for
optimum land sites and conducts due diligence on
selection of sites with high growth potential.
In addition to providing advise on various business
aspects of AyZar Developments, Sohrab is part owner of
the Midtown Spectrum mixed-use project, taking an
active role in day to day management of the project,
particularly with quality control and inspection at
various intervals and milestones.
